Nanny State Alert:NYC tries again to get calories on menus

NYC is at it again. After a federal judge shoot down their last attempt to get calorie totals on menus they want to try again. They want to make this information as prominant as the price. Come on, the information is avaliable and it should not be the job of government to attempt to influence people on what to eat. This is just the latest in attempts to try to get government to tell us how to do everything. Luckily Gov. Schwarzenegger vetoed a smiliar law in California. It is time Americans stood up to a government that is trying to takeover everything and reduce freedoms.
